Como Hacer Albóndigas | How To Make Albóndigas
ALBÓNDIGAS
INGREDIENTES
Salsa :
4 tomates
2 ajos
Un trozo de cebolla
Una cucharada Consomé de pollo en polvo
2-3 chiles Chipotle
1 taza de agua
Con la carne:
Hojitas de hierbabuena
3 libras de Carne molida
1/2 taza de arroz
1 huevo entero
1 yema de huevo
¼ de Cebolla
2 dientes de Ajo
INGREDIENTS

4 Tomatoes
2 Garlics
¼ of an Onion
1 Tbsp Chicken Bouillon Granules
2-3 Chipotle Peppers
1 cup of water
For the Meat
Mint leaves
3 lbs ground beef
1/2 Cup of rice
1 egg
1 egg yolk (only yolk)
¼ of an onion
2 Garlic cloves
HOW TO PREPARE:
Put rice to cook medium well for about 10 minutes. In the meantime we will begin with the sauce.
Add the 4 tomatoes into the blender, 2 garlics, 1 Tbsp Chicken Bouillon Granules, 2-3 Chipotle Peppers, and 1 cup of water and blend. Then place oil to heat in a pan. Once the oil is hot, sauté the onions until they’re a transparent like tone.
Then pour in the sauce through a strainer and stir. Let it boil for about 20-30 minutes.
For the albóndigas, place about 5 mint leaves , 1 egg, 1 egg yolk (only yolk), ¼ of an onion, and 2 Garlic cloves into the blender. Once blended, pour it onto a bowl with the ground beef and add the rice.
Wash hands thoroughly and mix everything together well. Then roll the meat into balls and place them in a platter/bowl.
Once the sauce is ready, pour in the albóndigas (meatballs) into the sauce.
Let the albóndigas simmer in the sauce fore 30 minutes. Then it is ready. Bon a petit!
